These Terms of Use apply to s1gnals.net. You may use the site for lawful personal, informational, and professional purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or submit content you do not have the right to share.
2. S1GNALS is a collective
S1GNALS RECORDINGS is presented as a music collective and creative platform. An application, email, conversation, listing, or other interaction with S1GNALS does not by itself create a recording agreement, management agreement, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or other binding professional relationship.
3. Artist submissions
Submissions are intended for people age 13 and older. Submitting music or information does not guarantee review, response, acceptance, release, promotion, radio placement, distribution, or any other outcome. You should submit only material you have the right to share. Do not send unreleased material that you are not comfortable sharing for evaluation.
4. Minors
If a participant is under 18, S1GNALS may require involvement or approval from a parent or legal guardian before moving forward with matters involving payments, rights, releases, distribution, formal agreements, or other significant commitments.
5. Your music and content
Submitting a link or material for consideration does not transfer ownership of your music, artwork, name, likeness, or other intellectual property to S1GNALS. Any future permission to distribute, publish, edit, promote, or otherwise use an artist's work should be addressed separately and clearly with the people who have the authority to grant that permission.
6. S1GNALS website content
Unless otherwise indicated, the S1GNALS name, website design, original text, graphics, and branding on this site may not be copied or presented as your own without permission. Third-party names, music, logos, embeds, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party services and links
The site contains links and embeds from third parties. S1GNALS does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
8. No guarantees
The website and its information are provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep information accurate and the site operational, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free.
